Evergrande Spring sold water to Europe on the day of “520 Network Valentine’s Day”. Yesterday afternoon, Evergrande Spring held signing ceremony of exportation to Europe in Henan Hall of the Great Hall of the People. Besides reaching cooperation agreement with 43 distributors from 13 main countries of Europe, Evergrande Spring has also signed agreement with China Shipping (Group) Company and China Ocean Shipping (Group) Company, which serves as powerful logistics guarantee for its exportation to global market.
From September of 2013 when entering the water industry, Evergrande has inherited style of “long distance passing and crossing”adopted by Xu Jiayin, chairman of the board of directors of Evergrande Group, and promoted the brand in a short period of time. In joining hands with European market, Evergrande Group, who is good at making campaign, has chosen Henan Hall of the Great Hall of the People as the signing site. Though Xu Jiayin himself did not show up, the conference hall was still packed with over 500 media journalists coming from all over the world.
Xia Haijun, vice chairman of the board of directors of Evergrande Group suggested that:”this has broken the pattern where only foreign mineral water is being exported to China, and no Chinese mineral water being exported to global market. ‘Supply the world from one water source’ is the general mode of world-class mineral water, as is the case with Evian of France. Western mineral water represented by Evian has occupied Chinese high-end mineral water market for a long time, among which, its market share is about 25% in China, and about 10% in the world. In taking Changbai Mountain, one of three golden water sources in the world, as the only water source, Evergrande Spring not only has strong international competitiveness in entering into European market, but also realizes Evergrande Spring’s dream, that is, “Supply the world from one water source”.
And the reporter learned that, cooperating distributors are of strong strength and brand. 43 international distributor representatives coming from 13 main European countries are all international famous enterprises, and many of them are distributor of multiple world-class mineral water in the world. French distributor coming from the hometown of Evian suggested that, we choose to cooperate with Evergrande Spring mainly because of its water source and strict management. “In the future, there might form the pattern where “Occidental Evian and Oriental Evergrande Exist At The Same Time In world mineral water market.”
It is understood, after entering into European market, Evergrande Spring might be priced by distributors at different locality on the basis of guide price. And a distributor coming from Spain suggested that, Evergrande Sprig will has certain advantage in price, as these selling on Spanish market are of relatively higher price.
Currently, the two factories of Evergrande Spring put into operation in the first batch are located in Jingyu County and Fusong County, Baishan City, Jilin Province. At the beginning of this year, Jilin Province reached consensus with Evergrande Group: full support will be provided to Evergrande Spring, so as to ensure that its yield of water source in Changbai Mountain meets the planning requirement of million tons. Moreover, in respect of Evergrande Spring project, Jilin Province is completing its railway construction, and a special railway line directly connected to Evergrande Spring factory will be built, which will increase railway transport capacity by about 3 million tons each year.
According to data published by Evergrande Group, as of January 12, 2014, domestic sales amount of Evergrande Spring amounts to 5.7 billion yuan. While according to previously published data, the sales target for this year is 10 billion yuan, and this means that, sales amount in the next three years has to be at least 30 billion yuan.
In addition, Evergrande Spring has also signed cooperation agreement regarding logistics transportation with China Shipping (Group) Company and China Ocean Shipping (Group) Company, and their transportation networks cover hundreds of countries and thousand of ports in the world.
