Only three after Evergrande Spring obtaining orders worth 5.7 billion yuan, Xu Jiayin, chairman of the board of directors of Evergrande Group led his top management team to Jilin Province, which arises high attention from all parties. It is reported that, Xu Jiayin had a meeting with leading group of Jilin provincial party committee, during which, they have reached consensus on important issues such as Evergrande mineral water from Changbai Mountain and property for people’s livelihood.

Wang Rulin suggested that, Jilin Province wants to develop in-depth cooperation with Evergrande on industry of mineral water, so as to jointly make Evergrande Spring become larger and stronger. Jilin Provincial Party Committe and Jilin Provincial Government will provide guarantee and support from following three aspects: one, industrial layout of 15 millions tons, which will be fully supported by surrounding counties and cities; two, logistics, guarantee the product transportation of Evergrande Spring in every possible way; three, do a good job of water source’s environmental protection. And Ba Antsoru added that, we believe that Evergrande Spring is capable of occupying the commanding height of Chinese mineral water market, and by jointed efforts, Jilin Province and Evergrande will focus on creating a high-end brand of Chinese mineral water, towards which the government will do a good job of various security work.
Xu Jiayin suggested that, in recent years, Evergrande has achieved important breakthroughs on diversifying and expanding industry, especially with respect to Evergrande Spring, water source of which is Changbai Mountain; and it has created a miracle of industry development. Evergrande Spring, which is of good resource and quality, adheres to the mode of “Supply all national people from one water source”; every drop of water comes from Changbai Mountain, having been recognized by the market and the public. Evergrande pays high attention to the cooperation with Jilin Province, will do a good job of Evergrande Spring at all costs, and continues to increase investment, so as to promote economic development and social progress of Jilin Province.
According to project investment planning signed between Jilin Province and Evergrande Group, in the future, annual output of high-end mineral water project invested by Evergrande in Jilin Province will amount to 15 millions tons. Currently, Evergrande Spring’s production line of phase one is operating at full operation, while that of phase two is also in the preparatory stage of construction.
Evergrande Spring has emphasized multiple times that, it will adhere to the mode of “Supple all national people from one water source”, in order to guarantee every drop of water comes from Changbai Mountain, and that all consumers of Evergrande Spring over China are able to drink natural and health mineral water extracted from Changbai Mountain. Jilin Provincial Party Committee and Jilin Provincial Government will spare no effort in doing a good of coordination and communication with cities and counties of all levels, as well as improve the investment environment, ensuring that the long-term planning requirement, that is, annual output of 15 millions tons from Changbai Mountain, is to be met, which fundamentally guarantees that every drop of water comes from Changbai Mountain and the mode “Supply all national people from one water source”to be implemented.
Special Railway Line For Evergrande Spring With Transport Capacity of 3 Millions Tons Is Expected To Be Built
As one of supporting industries in Jilin Province, mineral water industry has gained rapid development in recent years, and increasing of railway transport capacity has been an important means of continuously driving industrial development. With the investment and implement of Evergrande Spring project, and on-coming enlargement of production capacity, Jilin Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government plan to further accelerate related construction plans, remodel railway lines for increasing transport capacity, and add specially railway lines directly connected to Evergrande Spring factory, so as to fully support its development.
According to the planning, recently, Jilin Province will initiate upgrading of railway system for increasing the transport capacity, which, together with the special railway line directly connected to Evergrande Spring factory, is likely to increase transport capacity of railway by 3 millions tons each year in a short period of time, thus increased capacity of Evergrande Spring in corresponding period can be well covered. Besides, Jilin Provincial government will continue to increase railway transport capacity in the future, so as to satisfy increasingly rising capacity requirements of Evergrande Spring.
The upgrading and completion of Evergrande Spring’s logistics system will substantially reduce time and cost of transportation, guaranteeing that all consumers over China can drink high quality Evergrande Spring conveniently.
