Evergrande Delegation Is Having Field Survey of BMW Economic Cooperation Zone and Other Project Plots In Changbai Mountain Protection & Development Area

To strengthen exchanges and cooperation between Jilin Province and Evergrande Real Estate Group(hereinafter referred to as “Evergrande Group”), Evergrande Group dispatched a delegation, once again, comprised of Peng Jianjun, vice-president of Evergrande Group and president of Evergrande Hotel Management Group, and other twelve person, to investigate Jilin Province at the invitation of vice-governor Chen Weigen. And the delegation is divided into two groups: mineral water group and cultural & tourism industry group. The delegation investigated Fusong County and Jingyu County where they had an in-depth discussion over mineral water project, while in Fusong county, Changbai Mountain Protection & Development Area and Fengman District of Jilin City, they investigated cultural and tourism industry project, and conducted field survey of relevant plots.

During the period when investigating Fusong County, the delegation investigated overall planing of Fusong New Town and project construction of Changbai Mountain International Holiday Resort(both north and south district), accompanied by Zhong Daihe, governor of Fusong County, and other persons, as well as had field survey of such four project plots as no.2 Xilong Group, no.6 Dongtaizi Group, no.7 Shazishan Group and no.8 Songshan Group.

While investigating administrative committee of Changbai Mountain Protection and Development Area, deputy director Huo Jianjun met Evergrade Delegation and had an in-depth discussion with them, then, accompanied by director Zhao Xingli and section chief Liu Yi, of Investment Promotion Bureau, the delegation had a field survey of six project plots, which include that for Changbai Mountain bar street, Cultural Enterprise Industrial Park and BMW Economic Cooperation Zone, Qian Plot, and project plot for Trough River Leisure & Vocation Function Area and Chixi District Tourist Holiday Resort, of Changbai Mountain.

While investigating Fengman District of Jilin City, the delegation had an in-depth discussion with secretary Ma Zhaoli and deputy secretary Zhang Wei, and other person, watched Jilin Municipal Promotional Film, viewed map of Jilin City, and got an understanding of layout of ten major functional areas, big project construction, radiating advantage of key enterprise, and other circumstances, of Jilin City, especially regarding detailed situation of Fengman District, as well as had a detailed understanding of Songhua Lake International Tourism Resort Project of China Vanke Co., Ltd., Vanke Modern City Project, Starlight Jiangcheng Project of Beida Starlight Company, International Community Project of China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd. , project of Neway Group Headquarter Base, Banyan Tree Hotel Project of ZISCO, and so on. And field survey mainly focused on construction site of some large projects and key characteristic landscape resources, in Fengman District, together with surrounding radiation zone. Yaotun Village of Xiaobai Mountain Township, Xiaobai Mountain Village, Rose-finch Mountain Scenic Area in Mengjia Village, Jiangnan County of Fengman District, lake’s main body Under Jurisdiction of Songhua Lake Scenic Attraction and other surrounding pre-reserved land for construction. The delegation of Evergrande Group considers that, overall condition of Songhua Lake for cultural tourism is better than that of Jingbo Lake of Heilongjiang investigated previously.

Through investigation and negotiation, Evergrande Group decides to invest RMB 20 billion yuan in Baishan City of Jilin Province, creating a world class Changbai Mountain-Evergrande Mineral Water Brand, with annual output of 1000 tons of mineral water. At the same time, Evergrande Spring decides to increase the development of cultural and tourism industry in Jilin Province.

In the process of investigation, Jilin Provincial Organization For Economic Cooperation and Development timely joined up governments and organization for economic cooperation and development of different levels, and seriously arranged work of negotiation, field survey and so on.
